Simulado Detran — Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Simulado Detran (the “Service”), delivered as a mobile application offering that may be accessed on supported channels. By creating an account, accessing the Service, or making any purchase you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

3. Account registration and security

When creating an account you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.

4. Subscriptions, in-app purchases, and billing

The Service may present one-time purchases, consumable items, non-consumable unlocks, and auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices are displayed in the Service before checkout and may vary by region or as required by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Taxes and currency conversion fees may apply.

Purchases completed on Apple devices are billed through your Apple ID, while purchases on Android are billed via Google Play. Apple and Google are the merchants of record and manage payment processing on our behalf.

5. Auto-renewal, cancellation, and renewal reminders

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically at the conclusion of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal charges are processed within 24 hours prior to the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions using the store that processed your purchase:

  • Apple App Store: Open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions and select the subscription to cancel or change.
  • Google Play Store: Open the Google Play app, tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, then choose and manage your plan.

If you cancel, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing cycle or trial window, and no further charges are made.

6. Free trials and promotional offers

We may offer free trials or discounted introductory pricing. Trial periods convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial concludes. Promotional pricing is available only once per account unless otherwise stated.

7. Refunds

Because Apple and Google process transactions directly, refund requests must be submitted through the respective platform. Apple users can submit requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play users can request refunds through the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions. We evaluate good-faith refund requests for direct payments (if available) in accordance with local consumer laws.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include uploading unlawful or infringing content, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Service’s operation, sending spam or malicious software, or harvesting personal data. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, and cooperate with authorities when we believe these standards have been violated.

9. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by Appsy Digital Ltda or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use that content solely for operating the Service.

10. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools or provide links to other sites. Those services are governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or conduct.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the Service you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with that policy.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if suspension is necessary to comply with legal obligations. On termination, your rights to use the Service will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7 through 15) will continue in effect.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Appsy Digital Ltda DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Appsy Digital Ltda WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide additional rights or remedies, those protections will remain in force.

15. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms to improve functionality, comply with legal requirements, or address security concerns. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date and, when feasible, provide notice in-product or via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
