1. Acceptance of this Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your download, installation, and use of Simulado Detran (the “Licensed Application”) for any device or platform. By installing or using the Licensed Application you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Licensed Application immediately and remove it from your devices.
2. License grant and scope
Subject to your ongoing compliance with this Agreement, Appsy Digital Ltda grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Licensed Application solely for your personal or internal business purposes. You may install and use the Licensed Application on devices that you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules set forth by Apple Media Services and Google Play. The Licensed Application may be offered as a mobile application across one or more platforms.
You must not redistribute, sublicense, copy (except as expressly permitted by this Agreement), modify, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to derive the source code of, or create derivative works from the Licensed Application.
3. Eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use the Licensed Application. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the Licensed Application under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts this Agreement on your behalf.
4. In-app purchases, auto-renewable subscriptions, and one-time sales
The Licensed Application may offer one-time purchases (“Consumables”), non-consumable purchases, and auto-renewable subscriptions. Pricing is displayed within the Licensed Application prior to checkout. Taxes or payment processing fees required by Apple or Google may be added to the displayed price.
Auto-renewable subscriptions bill through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to the payment method linked to your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Renewal charges are processed within 24 hours preceding the renewal date. If you purchase through Apple, manage subscriptions in your device Settings under Account > Subscriptions. If you purchase through Google Play, open the Google Play app, tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
One-time purchases unlock the specified content or functionality for the account that completed the transaction. Consumables are depleted when used and cannot be restored. Non-consumables and active subscriptions can be restored using the standard Apple or Google mechanisms.
5. Free trials
We may provide free trials for auto-renewable subscriptions. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can disable auto-renewal during the trial using the same steps required to manage subscriptions in the App Store or Google Play. If you cancel during a trial you will retain access until the end of the trial window and will not be charged.
6. Refunds
Because Apple and Google process transactions directly, refund requests must be submitted through the respective store. Apple users can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play users can request a refund in the Google Play app under Orders & subscriptions. We cannot process refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google on your behalf, but we will provide documentation needed to support your request when applicable.
7. User content and conduct
You are responsible for all content that you upload, share, or otherwise make available through the Licensed Application. You must not use the Licensed Application to distribute unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive material; to violate intellectual property rights; or to harass or exploit other users. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend functionality, or terminate access when we believe these standards are violated.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Licensed Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how it is used. By using the Licensed Application you acknowledge that your data will be processed in accordance with that policy.
9. Maintenance and support
Appsy Digital Ltda is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the Licensed Application as required by this Agreement or applicable law. Neither Apple nor Google has any obligation whatsoever to furnish maintenance, support, or warranty services. If you experience issues, please contact us using the details below.
10. Warranty disclaimer
THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT. YOUR USE OF THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES; IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appsy Digital Ltda will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use arising from your use of or inability to use the Licensed Application. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Licensed Application in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license immediately if you breach this Agreement or misuse the Licensed Application. Upon termination you must cease all use and uninstall the Licensed Application from your devices. Sections that, by their nature, should survive termination (including Sections 7 through 13) will remain in effect.
13. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Brazil, excluding its conflicts-of-law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in that region unless overriding consumer protections require otherwise.

15. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or improvements to our services. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Licensed Application after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with changes you should stop using the Licensed Application.
